Amidst the glittering dewdrops,
beneath the morning sun
Betwixt the towering blades of grass,
a new day has begun.
Beneath the notice of mortal eye,
hidden from all view
Surrounded by the towering trees,
of oak and birch and yew.
Awaken all ye children,
children of the wood
So fair of face with fragile wing,
by most misunderstood.
Come join the circle dance of spring,
the dance of life anew
For Winter's sleep has ended,
and tis' the Maiden's grand Debut.
The Faeries' world is one of myth,
drawing those who hear
But from mortal eyes they do conceal,
if one should happen near.
